Role Overview & Responsibilities
The opportunity
Project: Research and biopharmaceutical sectors ranging from managing global property portfolios and business case development to construction delivery, fit-out and managing operational facilities.
A new Project Manager role supporting the pharmaceutical and life sciences business unit in our consult engine.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assuring delivery of key equipment.
- Mitigating programme critical path.
- Working with the senior project manager to prepare a work management plan.
- Building confidence and certainty to ensure the delivery of the work package safely, to the right quality, on time and to the agreed cost.
- Progressing reports on resource loaded P6 programme.
- Recovery / mitigation planning.
- Preparing management status reports.
- Inputting onto project dashboard (webbased).
- Reporting on KPIs/milestones.
About you
Successful candidates will have a degree qualification in a relevant discipline and a member of a professional body institute. You will have a construction or project management background and be keen to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
